Results of a Study of a Prosodic Component of a Speech in Preschool Children

Abstract

In this article are represented  results of an empirical study of peculiarities of a prosodic component of speech in preschool children ,and also the comparative analysis of indicators of basic components of a prosody in children of 4-5 and 5-6 years (average and senior groups of children of preschool educational institutions). Also are represented data of author's questionnaire directed to assessment of a condition of a prosodic component of speech by parents. The level of development of communicative sphere of children of preschool age is revealed. There have been diagnosed indicators of a prosodic component as speed, rhythm, intonation, logical accent, pitch, force, timbre and speech breath.
