Among the psychological mechanisms for reducing the activity of the verbal communication of children from the families of participants in ATO and people, who were territorially relocated inside the country, the following changes have been made: a change in the internal picture of the world in the mentality of the children of these categories; the determinism of speech by internal conditions, its secondary nature, conditioned by internal mental states, at the level of which some symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder are detected in children behavior; dependence of manifestations of speech activity from the child desire to communication, the formation of its components. The article describes the levels of activity of speech communication between children from the families of participants in ATO and people, who were territorially relocated inside the country, namely: a harmonious high level, a harmonious intermediate level, a disharmonic level. The article contains a strategy of restoring the activity of speech communication of children of the selected categories, justified by the provisions of psycholinguistics. Among the means of implementing the strategy are: training sessions; psycholinguistic technologies (fairy tale therapy, game therapy, puppet therapy, aromatherapy, color therapy, flower therapy, art therapy, music therapy); guided by the principles of concentration on children's perception, a specially organized speech communication of the educator with children, the structure of which includes emotional, speech, interactive, spatial contacts.
